Health and Wellness

Swimming is great exercise and a way I keep fit

Whole Grains the more the better

Karma is very important for good mental health

Love playing basket ball

I drink as much water as possible

Once or twice a week the gym

They all go hand in hand

My personal philosophy of health and wellness is is that one must do all that they can to save their body from disease. The body must be cared for properly so that one would feel better both mentally and physically. THe foods are are put into the body will promote good  health. One should make as many wise choices as possible in selectig food and drinks.
I personally try to wal as much as posbbile and achieve a blance of different kids of activities. I seim play baseball go to the gym walk and even coach my sons baseball team. My sons are in every sport you can think of. I try to live in harmony and try to treat others like I would like to be treated. I believe in Karma . No need for stress.
The only changes that I have made is to drink more water and eat more whole grains. I have also bought healthy snacks and actually eliminated soda in our house. I know the other day my sons wanted the slurpees from seven 11 but once in awhile it is a treat.
